Shipping

Ships from Japan via FedEx (International Connect Plus).  Delivery takes approximately 1–2 weeks.

Shipping costs are included in the product price, regardless of your delivery region.

Tax

VAT (Value Added Tax)

  • For the EU, VAT is included in the displayed price for orders under €150.
  • For non-EU regions or EU orders over €150: This order is shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. VAT/sales tax is not included in the price and may be collected by your local customs authorities upon delivery.

Customs Duties

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.Please contact us first before returning the item.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.  You may open and inspect the product as you would in a shop.  If the item is returned damaged or heavily used, we may reduce the refund.

Warranty

This product is covered by a 2-year legal warranty under EU law.  If a defect appears within 12 months, it is assumed to have existed at delivery unless we can prove otherwise.  For defects after 12 months, customers may be asked to show the issue was present from the start.
