Up to what height can it be used?

Please follow the child seat’s age and height restrictions. SkyShell is designed to accommodate children within those limits.

What’s included in the price?

Shipping Cost

  • Shipping costs are included in the product price, regardless of your delivery region.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

  • For the EU: VAT is included in the displayed price for orders under €150.
  • For non-EU regions or EU orders over €150: This order is shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. VAT/sales tax is not included in the price and may be collected by your local customs authorities upon delivery.

Customs Duties

  • For the EU, imports from non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties if the total value of the goods exceeds €150.
  • For non-EU destinations, customs duties may apply depending on your country’s import regulations.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to all EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Australia, and New Zealand.

Please note that we do not ship to the United Kingdom at this time due to VAT regulations.

How long does shipping take?

This product ships from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service).  Delivery takes approximately 1–2 weeks.

Can I see and buy this in a store in Europe?

Currently, our product is only available online and ships directly from Tokyo.

We don’t have retail partners or physical stores in Europe yet, but we’re working on it!
